Dr Ben Maher

Consultant Radiologist

Dr Ben Maher is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist at University Hospital
Southampton.

Having qualified from the University of Southampton, he taught anatomy at the
University of Cambridge before undertaking surgical training in New Zealand
and Manchester. He undertook Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology
training in hospitals throughout the Wessex region, with subsequent specialist
fellowships in Vascular, Gynaecological and Oncology Interventional
Radiology in both Wessex and The University of British Columbia, Vancouver.

He also has expertise in Endoscopic Ultrasound having undertaken a
fellowship in advanced endoscopy at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham
and has a significant interventional EUS practice focussing on pancreatic and
hepatobiliary disease.

Within The Clinic @ 78, he is primarily involved in diagnostic imaging for
patients presenting with abdominal, pelvic and vascular symptoms.
