Jess Kydd-Coutts

Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Jess graduated with first-class honours in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and began her career in one of London’s leading NHS teaching hospitals. She developed a passion for pelvic health early on and went on to lead the Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. After relocating to the South Coast, Jess now leads an NHS pelvic health physiotherapy team as part of her ongoing work in the NHS.

With extensive experience across both NHS and private sectors, Jess specialises in treating pelvic floor dysfunction throughout all life stages—including pelvic organ prolapse, bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, and postnatal recovery. She has a particular interest in pelvic pain, including sexual dysfunction, as well as male pelvic health.

Jess provides thorough pregnancy and postnatal assessments, supporting women and birthing people through pregnancy and recovery from birth, helping them return safely to physical activity. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and delivered with empathy and individualised care. She is deeply committed to breaking down the stigma around pelvic health and empowering people through education and informed treatment.

Jess is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), an affiliate member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP), and a recognised practitioner with The Pelvic Pain Network®. She remains passionate about ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standards of care.

Outside the clinic, Jess is a keen runner, triathlete, wild swimmer, and Pilates enthusiast. She enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors, and finding balance in the small moments that bring joy.
